FAQ

Below you will find the answers to some of the questions we are most frequently asked about the events at the olympic stadium in rome. If your question is not one of the following, send a message using the appropriate form, we will reply as soon as possible.

GENERAL INFORMATION

WHAT IS FIR OFFICIAL CORPORATE HOSPITALITY?

FIR Official Corporate Hospitality is the combination of a match ticket and a catering service. Hospitality packages are available on a first-come-first-served basis and can be purchased by companies or individuals.

WHAT AM I ALLOWED TO DO WITH A HOSPITALITY PACKAGE?

The packages can be used to invite guests (e.g. relative, close friend, employee, colleague, business client, etc.) to see the match with you. 

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE THE DETAILS OF MY GUESTS?

Yes, details of your guests are required by FIR, at the latest 10 days before the match. Failure to provide your guests' details may result in the cancellation of your order.

Please be aware that FIR may require a provisional list of guests at any time.

Once your order is confirmed, you will be able to enter the names of your guests in your order details.

I AM ACCOMPANYING THE GROUP OF AN OFFICIAL HOSPITALITY CLIENT, CAN I GET AN ACCREDITATION OR WORKING PASS?

No, we do not provide accreditations/working-pass for this purpose. You will need to use one of the purchased packages for such purpose.

CAN I VISIT THE STADIUM/MY SUITE BEFORE THE MATCH?

It may not be possible as  FIR  is not the owner of the stadium, we cannot organize visits to the stadium or hospitality area for clients who have purchased hospitality packages.

ARE THERE ANY QUANTITY LIMITS OR RESTRICTIONS FOR PURCHASING PER COMPANY?

No, there is no quantity limitation in the purchase of Official Hospitality packages per company. However, there are some restrictions as follows:

  1. Sky Suite: FIR does not sell single seats within one Sky Suite. Clients who wish to purchase Sky Suite packages must purchase the full capacity of the relevant Sky Suite. Sky Suite capacities, as per actual protocols,  is for 9 guests.
  2. Boxes from n.1 to n.50: FIR does not sell single seats within one box. Clients who wish to purchase Piazza Italia or Executive packages combined with boxes must purchase the full capacity of the relevant box. Boxes capacities, may vary from 4 to 6 or 8  seats.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE JUST ONE PIAZZA ITALIA, EXECUTIVE AREA OR MONTE MARIO GOLD PACKAGE?

Yes, you can purchase just one package.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN A DISCOUNT WHEN PURCHASING A LARGE NUMBER OF PACKAGES?

Yes, you can obtain a discount when purchasing more than 50 packages per match.

HOW CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?

You can get a discount purchasing more than 50 packages per match or purchasing hospitality packages for both  Guinness 6 Nations matches. 

I AM A COMPETITOR TO ONE OF THE FIR SPONSORS, CAN I PURCHASE OFFICIAL HOSPITALITY PACKAGES?

Yes, but as with any other client, packages must not be used for any commercial purposes such as for promotion, advertising or used as a prize in a competition or sweepstake.

 

REIMBURSMENT POLICY – COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS

Due to the peculiar situation caused by Covid, we would like to clarify that the Italian Rugby Federation commits to reimburse tickets for the upcoming 6 Nations matches at the Olympic Stadium in Rome in the following cases:

  • postponement and / or cancellation of the match
  • match played behind closed doors
  • entry to Italy denied further to the provisions of the relevant Italian / foreign Authorities

IF THE MATCH IS CANCELLED, POSTPONED OR PLAYED BEHIND CLOSED DOORS, WHAT HAPPENS TO MY HOSPITALITY PACKAGE?

You are entitled to a full refund.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE MATCH IS CANCELLED OR PLAYED BEHIND CLOSED DOORS?

You are entitled to a full refund.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A REDUCED STADIUM CAPACITY?

If your package is not validated for the reduced stadium capacity, you shall be refunded.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES OR GOVERNMENTS OF THE HOST COUNTRIES APPLY RESTRICTIONS?

If stadium capacity is reduced, your package may be cancelled, in which case you are eligible for a refund.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM PREVENTED FROM TRAVELLING TO A VENUE COUNTRY DUE TO HEALTH RESTRICTIONS?

FIR will not have any liability related to travel, but your package can be refunded within certain timeframes. The “country of the client” will prevail in cases of refunds.

If such restrictions occur, FIR will consider and process your refund request providing those constraints are still in place 21 days before the match and provided your request is submitted to FIR not later than 5 days before kick-off.

Alternatively, you can transfer your package to someone else.

CAN I ATTEND A MATCH IF I AM COVID-19 POSITIVE?

No, you are not allowed to attend a UEFA EURO2020 match if you are COVID-19 positive.

AM I ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF MY HOSPITALITY PACKAGE IF I AM COVID-19 POSITIVE?

No, you are not entitled to a refund, however you may transfer your package

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY HOSPITALITY PACKAGE IF I CANNOT TRAVEL BECAUSE I AM COVID-19 POSITIVE?

You are not entitled to a refund, however you may transfer your package.
